By purchasing a product from our shop, you agree to all of the following Terms and Conditions. The Honeypot Emporium team reserves the right to cancel and refund any orders from those who have not read the Terms and Conditions.
BASIC SHIPPING:
All products will be shipped inside protective rigid or bubble mailers with additional packaging when applicable to minimize damaged edges or scuffing.
The Honeypot Emporium team is not responsible for any additional delays or fees once the product has been sent to the Post Office. All shipping options automatically include a tracking number. The only exception is when a cart contains only stickers, in which case tracked shipping will need to be purchased separately.
TAXES & CUSTOMS:
Any customs or taxes that may apply to each order after shipping are to be handled and paid by the buyer.
-
Buyers located in VAT-collecting countries (e.g., the UK) will have to pay the import VAT at the time of import, which is also known as DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). In this scenario, the import VAT may be first paid by the shipping carrier or customs agent on behalf of the shopper, in addition to any customs brokerage fees. They will then bill the shopper and release the goods once paid. If the shopper refuses to pay the bill, then the goods may be returned to the merchant.
PREORDERS:
Some of the products displayed in our shop are not ready stock. Once Preorder Sales for these items have ended, we will begin production on them. We estimate that shipping will begin roughly 3-4 months after the end of preorders for these items.
Please keep in mind that this timeline may be subject to delays due to shortages and other current events. All important shipping updates will be announced on our company's Instagram.
⚠️GPSR UPDATE:⚠️
As of 12/13/2024, we can no longer ship to the EU or Northern Ireland.
In response to the new GPSR standards, we have made the decision to hold off on allowing orders to the EU for the foreseeable future. We will continue to research the new laws and do our best to come to a solution that allows for your continued support, but unfortunately the costs are currently too high for our income to warrant. We appreciate your understanding and patience during this time!

⚠️VAT UPDATE:⚠️
VAT countries have also recently (as of February 2025) begun to require shippers provide their recipient's national tax ID number on the label. These countries include Brazil, Mexico, New Zealand, and South Korea.
In order to properly ship your purchase to you, we must now require you provide us with your Tax ID in order to fill out the Customs forms properly. This can be provided in the Notes section of your cart or emailed to us directly.
- Brazil: the Tax ID Number is called the CPF and is formatted as follows - 000.000.000-00
 - Mexico: you can provide your Mexican Tax ID (Registro Federal de Contribuyentes - RFC) or National ID (Clave Única de Registro de Población - CURP).
 - New Zealand: while not currently required, the Tax ID is called the IRD number, composed of a seven- or eight-digit base number and a trailing check digit
 - South Korea: you must provide your 12-digit Personal Customs Clearance Code (or "PCCC") to clear customs. South Korean citizens can generate their PCCC here or request it through the customs office.

If we do not receive your Tax ID in your purchase information, we will reach out to you via the email you used upon checkout. If we do not hear back from you within two weeks from the email sent date, we will refund you in full and cancel your order.
